Corrections especially. A site built on other people's published numbers gets better when readers check it.

Every figure on this site is transcribed from a manufacturer document and every computed number is arithmetic you can redo. Both are checkable, which means both are correctable — and we would much rather hear from you than leave an error up.

What is worth sending

  • A wrong figure. A mistyped spec, a calculation that does not work out, a number that no longer matches the manufacturer's page.
  • A discontinued product. If a pick is no longer sold, we want to replace it rather than keep recommending it.
  • A spec we marked "not published" that now is. Several tables here have gaps because a manufacturer withheld a figure. If one appears, tell us.
  • A product or question we should cover. Especially a comparison nobody is answering properly.

What happens next

Corrections are verified against the primary source — the manufacturer's own documentation, never another publisher — then fixed along with every calculation downstream of the error. If a correction changes a recommendation, we mark it visibly on the page. The full corrections process is here.

What we cannot help with

We are a publisher, not a retailer and not a manufacturer. We cannot help with orders, returns, warranty claims or repairs — those go to whoever sold you the tool, or to the manufacturer. We also have not used any of the equipment on this site, so we genuinely cannot tell you how something feels in the hand. Our methodology page explains why, and what we do instead.

If you would rather not use the form, write to info@mowandmeadow.com. It reaches the same place.

Send a message

Reporting a correction? Include the page and, if you have it, the manufacturer document showing the right figure. That turns it into a five-minute fix.
